Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and creative

UI/UX & Graphic Design Trainer

to join our academic team.
The trainer will be responsible for

teaching design principles, software tools, and real-world projects

that help students become job-ready in design careers.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct interactive training sessions on

UI/UX design and graphic design tools.

Teach industry-standard software such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, Canva (and optionally After Effects). Guide students through

design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and visual storytelling.

Develop curriculum content, assignments, and assessments aligned with industry trends. Help students build

professional portfolios

and case studies. Stay updated on

latest design tools, UX trends, and AI design innovations.

Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Coordinate with the academic team to organize

workshops and design projects.

Core Skills Required

Strong knowledge of

UI/UX design process:

Research ? Wireframe ? Prototype ? Test ? Final Design. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) &

Figma.

Understanding of

color theory, typography, layout design, and branding.

Knowledge of

responsive design

and basic HTML/CSS (optional but preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to mentor and motivate students.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
