We are seeking dedicated and experienced

Graphics and UI/UX Design Faculty

to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strong portfolio and a passion for teaching, who can effectively bridge the gap between industry practice and academic learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging curriculum for Graphics Design, UI Design, and UX Design courses. Mentor students, providing constructive feedback and guiding them through projects. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure relevant teaching. Contribute to the overall academic and creative environment of the institution. Participate in curriculum development and program enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of

2 years of professional experience

in Graphic Design, UI Design, and/or UX Design. (Candidates with more experience are highly encouraged to apply). Demonstrable expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, layout, branding. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as:

Graphic Design:

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

UI/UX Design:

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, Maze. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user research methodologies, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus, but not mandatory if professional experience is robust. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
