Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with hands-on expertise in Figma to design user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile platforms. You should have a deep understanding of user behavior and a passion for clean, modern design.



Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs

Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for both web and mobile applications

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma

Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs

Translate complex ideas into clear, user-friendly interfaces

Maintain and update the design system/component library in Figma

Ensure responsiveness and accessibility across devices and platforms

Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs



Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Figma is a must

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout

Experience in responsive and adaptive design

Attention to detail with a problem-solving and user-focused mindset



Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite

Experience in user research, A/B testing, or usability testing

Prior work in a SaaS, e-commerce, or startup environment
