Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for ERP web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Design dashboards, reports, and complex data-driven interfaces
Build and maintain a reusable
design system & UI components
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across all modules
Translate business requirements into intuitive UX solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in
UI/UX design for SaaS or ERP platforms
Proficiency in
Figma / Adobe XD / similar tools
Solid understanding of
UX principles, usability, and information architecture
Experience designing
enterprise dashboards and workflows
Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical constraints
Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
ERP, EdTech, FinTech, or B2B SaaS products
Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
Experience conducting user research or usability testing
Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design standards
