We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented UI/UX

Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, creating engaging user experiences, and implementing responsive front-end designs within WordPress environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

user-centric interfaces

for web and mobile platforms. Translate

UI/UX wireframes and prototypes

into responsive, functional WordPress websites. Customize and optimize

WordPress themes and plugins

to meet project requirements. Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to define and implement innovative solutions. Conduct

user research, usability testing

, and gather feedback to enhance user experience. Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and accessibility standards. Optimize website performance and loading speed using best practices. Maintain brand consistency and visual integrity across all digital products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Design, Computer Science, Engineering

, or a related field.

2-5 years

of proven experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. Strong proficiency in

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS). Expertise in

WordPress theme customization, page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg)

, and plugin management. Hands-on experience with

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

, or similar design tools. Familiarity with

SEO principles

, accessibility, and web performance optimization. Strong eye for design aesthetics, typography, and color theory. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Basic understanding of

PHP

and WordPress API. Knowledge of

version control tools

(Git, GitHub). Experience with

e-commerce (WooCommerce)

sites. Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum

methodologies.
