UI/UX, Web & Graphic Designer (Figma Expert)

Experience:

3-5 Years

We are looking for a

creative and proactive UI/UX, Web & Graphic Designer

who can handle the

complete design process

--from understanding client requirements to delivering visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end design work

for websites, UI/UX, and marketing creatives Create

UI/UX wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

using

Figma

Design and redesign

websites, landing pages, and web applications

Create

logos, banners, social media creatives, and promotional graphics

Communicate with clients to

understand requirements and present design concepts

Coordinate with developers to ensure

accurate design implementation

Ensure designs are

responsive, user-friendly, and visually consistent

Maintain

brand guidelines

across all projects Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required Skills

Proven experience as a

UI/UX Designer, Web Designer, or Graphic Designer

Strong hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory)

Experience in

wireframing, mockups, and prototyping

Good understanding of

UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layouts

Experience in

website redesign and graphic design

Client-handling and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD

Basic understanding of

HTML/CSS

Experience with

responsive and mobile-first design

Experience working with

IT companies, startups, or agencies
