Responsibilities * Design intuitive UI/UX for web and mobile applications with a focus on responsive design.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and behavior.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless design and development.
• Perform interaction design tasks and produce high-quality visual design assets.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Follow information architecture principles to structure and organize information effectively.
• Keep abreast of the latest design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements * A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, and Zeplin.
• Strong expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with responsive design, HTML, and CSS.
• Demonstrable skills in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset with empathy toward users and team members.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferable.
