We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

with

3-7 years of hands-on experience

in designing

web and mobile applications

. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Figma

, a deep understanding of

user-centered design principles

, and the ability to convert business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design

user-friendly interfaces

for

web applications and mobile apps (iOS & Android)

Create

wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

using

Figma

Conduct

UX research

, user journey mapping, and usability testing Collaborate with

product managers, developers, and stakeholders

to define and implement innovative design solutions Maintain and enhance

design systems, style guides, and UI components

Ensure consistency in branding, colors, typography, and interaction patterns Optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability best practices Stay updated with

latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-7 years of proven experience

as a UI/UX Designer Strong expertise in

Figma

(mandatory) Experience in designing

mobile applications and web applications

Solid understanding of

UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design

Ability to create

interactive prototypes and design systems

Knowledge of

material design, iOS Human Interface Guidelines

Basic understanding of

HTML, CSS, and frontend development

(added advantage) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with

product-based or SaaS applications

Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum environments

Experience collaborating closely with development teams
