About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative, user-centric UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing, and impactful digital experiences. In this hybrid role, you will handle both UI (visual design) and UX (user experience design) responsibilities--crafting user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency, usability, and alignment with product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

UX Responsibilities:

Create user flows, wireframes, and low/high-fidelity prototype. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing Translate user insights and analytics into actionable design improvements Apply attention-engineering principles to guide user focus and engagement Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across designs Maintain and improve design guidelines and systems

UI Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications Convert UX wireframes into high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes Maintain consistent visual styles aligned with brand guidelines Work closely with developers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of design implementation Contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries Stay updated with the latest UI trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design Strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving and UI visual design skills Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout Knowledge of usability principles, interaction design, and user behavior Experience conducting user research and usability testing Good understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred, not mandatory) Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions Experience working with design systems (Material Design, Apple HIG) Knowledge of attention engineering to improve user engagement
