About the Project:

We're building a

mobile attendance and payroll management app

for a workforce management company. The app will help electricians and on-site employees record attendance using

selfies, GPS

, and calculate their

daily and monthly wages

automatically.

We need a

creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

who can design clean, user-friendly interfaces for our React Native app.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and attractive app screens using

Figma or Adobe XD

Create

wireframes, prototypes, and user flows

for all modules Collaborate with tech manager and developers to ensure UI consistency Focus on

simplicity and usability

for non-technical field users Deliver responsive design assets and specifications for the development team

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in

mobile app design (preferably React Native apps)

Proficiency in

Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch

Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile UI/UX design Understanding of layout, typography, and mobile usability principles Ability to turn ideas into clean visual concepts

Nice to Have:

Experience designing apps for

attendance, payroll, or field workers

Knowledge of

component-based design systems

Experience collaborating via

Notion, Jira, or Slack
