Responsibilities
Conduct user research and gather user requirements to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and analytics.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
