About the Role:

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly digital interfaces and ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life through wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate concepts and ideas into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile apps. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to gather insights. Create and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement functional and aesthetic designs. Ensure design consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across platforms. Continuously iterate based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs. Proficiency in design tools like

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

, and Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and collaboration with development teams is a plus. Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Nice to Have:

Experience with tools like Zeplin, InVision, or ProtoPie. Familiarity with agile workflows and design handoff tools. Awareness of accessibility standards (WCAG).
