About the job1. Collaborate with web developers, marketers, and project managers to design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
2. Design wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
3. Translate business goals and user needs into clean, intuitive, and engaging designs.
4. Apply UX research and best practices to improve user journeys and experience.
5. Ensure design consistency across all platforms and devices (responsive design).
6. Work with frontend developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation.
7. Take ownership of UI/UX design for landing pages, CRM interfaces, dashboards, etc.

Other requirements

1+ year of experience in UI/UX design (agency or product background)

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator

Strong knowledge of responsive design principles

Understanding of basic frontend concepts (HTML, CSS is a plus)

Attention to detail and creativity in layout and typography

Portfolio of past UI/UX projects is mandatory.

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Problem-solving mindset and attention to user feedback

Experience in working with developers and agile teams.
