Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and improve user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows based on project requirements. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Maintain consistency in design language and brand guidelines across all platforms. Present design concepts and user flows to team members and stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills:

Experience with design systems and component libraries. Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools. (Not mandatory) Understanding of accessibility standards and UI optimization. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
