About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-driven UI/UX Designer with 2-5 years of proven experience in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

The ideal candidate will have:

A strong foundation in human-centered design Ability to design responsive/adaptive interfaces for both web and mobile Skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

Design low- and high-fidelity wireframes along with polished UI mockups Develop responsive and adaptive layouts optimized for web and mobile Apply typography, color theory, spacing, and grid systems for visually balanced designs Conduct user research, define personas, and structure information architecture Create interactive prototypes and conduct usability testing to refine designs Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders Ensure all designs meet accessibility guidelines and align with UX best practices

Core Skills & Expertise:

Design & UX: Wireframing, UI Mockups, Responsive/Adaptive Design, Information Architecture, Persona Creation, Prototyping, User Research, Human-Centered Design Thinking, UX Strategy Design Principles: Typography, Spacing, Grid Systems, Color Theory, Visual Hierarchy Tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Balsamiq, Photoshop, Illustrator

Qualifications:

2-5 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience with a strong, demonstrable portfolio Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodology Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms Familiarity with user research methods and analytics tools Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
