Key Responsibilities
Design user-centric
wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
using Figma
Develop and maintain
design systems, UI standards, and reusable components
Conduct
user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
to improve product experience
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure
pixel-perfect implementation
of designs
Translate complex requirements into
simple, intuitive user experiences
Ensure consistency across platforms (web and mobile) with a strong focus on usability and accessibility
Participate in
Agile ceremonies
and work closely with cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience in
UI/UX design
Strong expertise in
Figma
(wireframing, prototyping, design systems)
Solid understanding of
UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design
Experience working with
developers and product teams
in Agile environments
Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders
Basic understanding of
HTML/CSS
is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience designing enterprise or consumer-facing digital products
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
Exposure to mobile-first and responsive design approaches
