About the Role

We're looking for a

creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

with

3-4+ years of experience

to help craft intuitive, engaging, and visually striking digital experiences. You'll work on a variety of projects across

web and mobile platforms

, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and make user interactions seamless and delightful.

What You'll Do

Conduct

user research, competitor benchmarking

, and

usability testing

to uncover user needs and behaviours. Design and deliver

wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs

that balance business goals with usability. Collaborate with

product managers, developers, and stakeholders

to implement impactful design solutions. Develop and maintain

design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components

for consistent brand experiences. Analyse feedback and metrics to

iterate and improve

designs post-launch. Stay updated with the

latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies

to keep our design approach modern and effective.

What We're Looking For

3-4+ years of experience in UI/UX design (web or mobile applications). Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. Solid understanding of user-centred design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout design. Experience with interactive prototyping, usability testing, and design systems. Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple projects. A genuine passion for creating meaningful, user-focused digital experiences.
