PRODUCT DESIGNER

(UI/UX DESIGNING)

Industry : Fintech Location : Sector-3 Noida (Nr. Sec-16 Metro Station) Team : Marketing Experience : 2+ years in UI/UX Designing CTC : Up to 7.20 LPA (25-35% hike on your last CTC) Work Mode : On-site, Mon-Fri

Position Overview:-

We are seeking a

Product Designer (UI/UX)

who can design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. You'll collaborate across teams to cultivate user journeys that feel seamless, purposeful, and impactful--like well-tended paths across a growing field of fintech innovation.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. User Interface (UI) Design

Design visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications aligned with brand guidelines and product goals. Create detailed layouts, icons, illustrations, and design systems ensuring visual consistency across all platforms.

2. User Experience (UX) Design

Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping to understand user needs. Translate insights into intuitive flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Continuously iterate designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving product goals.

3. Collaboration & Delivery

Partner with product managers, engineers, and business teams to bring ideas to life. Ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

4. Design Systems & Standards

Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries. Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and responsive design principles

Software & Design Skills:-

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

. Strong knowledge of

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

. Understanding of

HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles

(basic front-end familiarity preferred). Familiarity with

accessibility standards, interaction design, and motion design principles

.

Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design with a strong portfolio of user-centered projects. Proficiency in communication and collaboration, thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving through design. Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and align designs with business goals.
