Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user problems and design solutions.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and product requirements.
Maintain and enhance design systems and style guides.
Ensure a consistent user experience across all digital products and platforms.
Requirements
Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Strong visual design skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
