Job Description

We are looking for a

creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer

with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

As a part of our collaborative environment, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to transform user needs into visually appealing and highly functional interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into impactful design solutions. Create

wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

for web and mobile applications. Design clean, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces with a focus on

usability, accessibility, and aesthetics

. Conduct and contribute to

user research & usability testing

to validate design decisions. Ensure designs follow

accessibility standards

and inclusivity across devices and platforms. Stay updated with the latest

UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

, applying them in your projects. Participate in

team discussions, design reviews, and brainstorming sessions

to improve overall product design. Assist in maintaining

design documentation, style guides, and design consistency

across projects.

What We Look For in You

2+ years of professional experience

in UI/UX design. Strong eye for

layout, color, typography, and aesthetics

. Proficiency in design tools such as

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch

, or similar. Understanding of

user-centered design principles

and basic research methodologies. Strong

communication and collaboration skills

to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to

take feedback constructively

and iterate designs accordingly. A

portfolio showcasing design process and past work

(web + mobile platforms). A growth mindset with willingness to

learn, adapt, and innovate
