Job Description

The candidate must possess a

strong creative mindset

-- we're looking for a true designer, not merely a Photoshop operator.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years, ideally with exposure to

startup ecosystems or creative agencies

Communication skills

are desirable but not a primary criterion. The position can be

office-based or hybrid (remote with two in-office days per month)

. Our preference is office-based, but we're open to flexibility if required.

Immediate joiners

will be prioritized.

Compensation:

?6-9 LPA (CTC) plus up to

20% annual performance bonus

on CTC. For remote arrangements, a nominal adjustment of ~20% on CTC may apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Projected Total Compensation: From ?600,000.00 per year
