Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our 123 Web Designer team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating high-level requirements into visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative, user-centric solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations. Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and improvements Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts. Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital platforms. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, technological constraints, and business requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to team members and stakeholders for feedback. Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions. Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices Integrate new design trends and tools into our design processes.

Job Requirement:

Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc. Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate effective collaboration with developers. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
