Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to join our team. You will be responsible for designing exceptional digital experiences that are both user-friendly and visually compelling. Your role will include creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, UI mockups, and animations using tools like

Figma

, with a strong emphasis on user-centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications. Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design functionality and flow. Produce animations and micro-interactions that enhance usability and user engagement. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Required Skills:

Figma

: Strong expertise in UI design, component creation, collaboration, and prototyping.

Wireframing

: Ability to rapidly sketch and present user flows and layouts.

Prototyping

: Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes to simulate user experience.

Animation

: Experience in designing micro-interactions and motion design (using Figma Smart Animate or tools like After Effects, Principle, or Lottie).

UX Research

: Understanding of user research methodologies and usability principles. Strong visual design skills and attention to detail. Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Tools & Technologies:

Figma (mandatory) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) Principle, LottieFiles, or similar animation tools Miro, Notion, Jira, or Trello for collaboration and project management HTML/CSS knowledge (a plus, not required)

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of work
