Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

User Research:

Conduct research on user needs, preferences, behaviors, and pain points.

Wireframing & Prototyping:

Create low/high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes.

Visual Design:

Design UI elements, icons, and layouts using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

Usability Testing:

Collect user feedback to improve design and functionality.

Responsive Design:

Ensure design consistency across various devices and screen sizes.

Persona Creation & User Journey Mapping:

Build user personas and map journeys to inform intuitive designs.

Competitor Analysis:

Research competitor products to identify UX opportunities and trends.

Information Architecture:

Structure content logically for smooth navigation and usability.

Collaboration:

Work with developers, product managers, and senior designers.

Design Documentation:

Maintain design guidelines and organized assets.

Learning & Improvement:

Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Education:

Pursuing/completed a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills:

Basic knowledge of UI/UX, wireframing, and prototyping.

Tools:

Strong knowledge of Figma

; familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.

Technical (Optional):

HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a plus.

Soft Skills:

Creativity, communication, and attention to detail.

Preferred Knowledge:

Design Thinking

Familiarity with AI-based design tools

Basic understanding of user interface principles

Awareness of current UI/UX trends and frameworks

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
