Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: On-site

About the Role: We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to transform ideas into intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications

Conduct user research, gather insights, and apply feedback to improve designs

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders

Ensure designs are consistent with branding and usability standards

Conduct usability testing and iterate based on findings

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging design tools/technologies

Requirements:

1-4 years of experience in UI/UX design or a related field

Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.

Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability, and accessibility

Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Day shift Monday to Friday
