Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, visually appealing, and functional designs for web and mobile applications that align with brand guidelines and user needs. Figma Design & Prototyping: Use Figma to design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups that clearly communicate design concepts. Update and maintain design files with proper organization and consistency. Responsive Web Design: Develop and optimize web designs that adapt to various screen sizes, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile). Adaptive Web Design: Design adaptive layouts that use different design approaches for varying screen resolutions, providing optimal user experiences for each device type. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical constraints. Information Architecture: Organize and structure information in a way that is user-friendly, enhancing usability and navigation throughout the platform. Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the design process and deliver high-quality user experiences.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in web and mobile design. Figma Expertise: Proficient in using Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs. Familiarity with Figma components, design systems, and version control. Responsive Design: Deep understanding of responsive design principles, including media queries, flexible grids, and scalable images for multi-device optimization. Adaptive Design: Expertise in adaptive design principles, creating fixed layouts for specific screen resolutions while maintaining a user-friendly experience. Design Systems: Experience in designing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across all digital products. Tools & Software: Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach design challenges creatively. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail in visual design, ensuring pixel-perfect execution and consistency across designs. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
