Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs for websites and applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about understanding user behavior, translating requirements into seamless designs, and collaborating with developers to bring those designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research, understand client requirements, and translate insights into design concepts.

Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.

Develop clean, modern, and responsive designs aligned with brand guidelines and user expectations.

Collaborate closely with front-end developers and product teams to ensure accurate design implementation.

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve user experience.

Maintain consistency in design systems, style guides, and UI components.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies.

Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and browsers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.

1-2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking process.

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.

Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.

Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Desired Skills

Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or animation.

Familiarity with usability testing tools and analytics.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
