Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create engaging and intuitive digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring seamless interactions across web and mobile applications. Your role will involve user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and close collaboration with developers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to improve usability. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides for consistency. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders for smooth implementation. Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for all devices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 0-6 months of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), usability, and accessibility principles. Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus but not mandatory). Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
