Responsibilities
Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes
Conduct basic user research and usability testing
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers
Translate requirements into clean, functional designs
Maintain design consistency using style guides and design systems
Iterate designs based on feedback and usability insights
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Basic understanding of
UI/UX principles
and user-centered design
Familiarity with design tools like
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
, or similar
Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and layouts
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design concepts
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Internship or academic project experience in UI/UX
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience with usability testing or user research
Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards
