Truckrr, an online marketplace and solution provider for truckers, is seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Designer to create user-centric designs that improve the experience of our digital products.
Eligibility:
Bachelor's degree in Design (Graphics, Visual Communication, Interaction, Products, etc.)
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong understanding of design thinking and user-centred design processes.
Expertise with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
Proven experience in designing for iOS and Android platforms, following official guidelines (HIG and Material Design).
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs.
Hands-on experience with tools like Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, and Quartz.
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of user behavior, personas, and aesthetics to ensure the creation of user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and deliver intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Understand user behavior, define personas, and translate business goals into design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and storyboards to communicate design concepts effectively.
Produce high-quality UX design solutions using tools and techniques such as flow diagrams, site maps, and interactive prototypes.
Design intuitive interfaces and visual elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and other components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain best practices in design and user experience.
