Job Description

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and improving the interface and user experience of digital products such as websites, mobile applications, and software.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences

Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital products

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet business requirements and technical constraints

Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

Present design solutions to stakeholders and explain the rationale behind design decisions

Work with developers to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately

Ensure consistency and coherence across all products and platforms

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

A portfolio of work that demonstrates your design skills and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar

Strong understanding of user-cantered design principles and best practices

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Course completion certificate will be added advantage to fresher

Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

0 to 1year
