Job Description

Concept's Media Works is looking for a

UI/UX Designer

with expertise in

user interface design, prototyping, and frontend development

. The ideal candidate should have a strong

design process, user-cantered approach, and the ability to convert designs into functional interfaces

using

HTML, React, or Flutter

. Experience in

WordPress customization

is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

User-Cantered Design:

Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma/ Adobe XD, ensuring intuitive and seamless user experiences.

Frontend Development:

Convert UI designs into responsive interfaces using HTML, React, or Flutter for high-performance applications.

WordPress Customization (Value-Added Skill):

Implement custom designs, enhance UI elements, and optimize performance within WordPress-based websites.

Research & Strategy:

Conduct

user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis

to refine UI/UX solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with developers, designers, and clients to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Client Communication:

Understand project requirements and translate business goals into effective design solutions.

Design System & Documentation:

Develop

design systems, UI guidelines, and clear documentation

for scalable projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience

in UI/UX design, focusing on interactive web applications. Proficiency in

Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools

for wireframing and prototyping. Expertise in

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Flutter

for UI implementation. Strong knowledge of

design principles, typography, and colour theory

. Experience conducting

usability testing

and analysing user feedback for improvement. Ability to stay updated with

current and future UI/UX trends

.

WordPress customization skills

are a value-added advantage. Strong

problem-solving, analytical, and communication

skills.
