Skill:

Technical Skills

1. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite

2. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive design

3. Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes

4. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers

5. Familiarity with usability testing, accessibility standards, and design systems

6. Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences

Experience

1.

3-5 years

of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role

2. Proven experience in designing web and mobile applications

3. Experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver user-focused solutions

Soft Skills

1. Strong creative and visual design skills with keen attention to detail

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills

3. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

4. Collaborative mindset with a user-first approach

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in

o Design (UI/UX, Graphic, Interaction, or Visual Communication)

o Human-Computer Interaction

o or a related field

2. Portfolio showcasing successful UI/UX design projects (mandatory)

The qualifications must be in NICSI Norms (M. Sc CS, M. Sc IT, M.C.A, B.E. CSE, B.Tech IT and BE ECE).
