Job Description

Experience:

1-2 years

of professional or project-based experience in UI/UX design (internships, freelance, or full-time experience is applicable).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Technical Proficiency:

Proven proficiency with at least one major design and prototyping tool (E.g.,

Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

). Familiarity with foundational visual design principles (

typography, color theory, layout

). Basic understanding of

HTML/CSS

to facilitate effective communication with developers is a plus.

Core Competencies:

A

strong portfolio

demonstrating your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal

communication

skills to articulate design concepts clearly. A proactive and

eager-to-learn

attitude with the ability to take and implement feedback effectively. Solid understanding of the

user-centered design (UCD)

process.
