Key Responsibilities:
Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into functional code.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into design improvements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
Ensure design consistency across all digital platforms in alignment with brand guidelines.
Work with the development team to optimize UX/UI designs for performance and scalability.
Test and iterate on designs based on usability testing and analytics data.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, emerging tools, and design best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-3 years
of proven experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator

Basic understanding of
front-end technologies
(HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and design thinking mindset.
Excellent
communication and collaboration skills
to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with responsive design and cross-platform optimization.
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
Familiarity with agile development workflows (Scrum, Kanban).
