Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and easy to use.

Create wireframes, mockups, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.

Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into design improvements.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.

Maintain UI consistency across platforms and follow brand guidelines.

Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.

Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Good sense of aesthetics, typography, and color theory.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.

Prior internship or project experience in UI/UX design (freshers with a strong portfolio can also apply).

Pay: ₹9,735.83 - ₹20,000.00 per month
