About the Role :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing user-friendly interfaces and delivering engaging digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing UI components for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs. Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices. Assist in improving overall user experience by proposing creative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 0-3 years of experience in UI/UX design (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome). Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus. Strong visual design skills with attention to detail. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team as well as independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
