Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly digital experiences by combining aesthetics with functionality. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to design intuitive interfaces and improve user journeys across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance product experiences. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design implementation. Maintain design consistency with established style guides, branding, and design systems. Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing for both web and mobile applications. Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or 3D design is a bonus. Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
