PIXOUS TECH looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform requirements into interactive designs that enhance usability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design ideas. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback. Maintain consistency in brand identity, design systems, and style guides. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects. Understanding of responsive design, web accessibility, and user-centered design principles. Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping. Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
