About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

with 1-2 years of experience to join our design team. You will play a key role in designing user interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences for our digital products. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your ideas will shape the future of our platform.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions. Translate business and user requirements into intuitive, responsive, and engaging UI designs. Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides. Iterate designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders. Ensure consistent branding and visual standards across all platforms.

Requirements

1-2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Understanding of responsive design, interaction design principles, and mobile-first design. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, process, and results. Good communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a user-centered mindset.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
