Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

with strong expertise in

Figma, graphic design, and software workflows

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, preferably with exposure to

finance or accounting systems

. This role requires translating business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities

Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using

Figma

. Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for

web and mobile applications

. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements. Conduct design reviews, usability testing, and user research to enhance user experience. Build and maintain

design systems, UI components, and style guides

. Apply strong knowledge of design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.) for design assets. Understand workflows of

software platforms, accounting systems, or SaaS products

. Stay updated with the latest

UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

.

Required Skills

Proficiency in

Figma

(wireframing, prototyping, design systems - mandatory). Experience with

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or equivalent design tools. Knowledge of

UX research, user testing, and design validation processes

. Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset (finance/accounting exposure preferred). Basic understanding of

HTML & CSS

is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
