Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer. Strong proficiency in

Figma

(must), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools. Experience creating

wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design systems

. Good understanding of

UX principles, human-centered design, and user psychology

. Ability to design for

web, mobile, and dashboards

. Strong visual design skills (layout, color theory, typography). Experience collaborating directly with clients or development teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage project timelines as a freelancer and work independently. Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

Understand project requirements and translate user needs into clean, intuitive, and engaging UI/UX designs. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final high-fidelity designs. Design responsive and mobile-friendly layouts for websites and applications. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation. Conduct research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to enhance design decisions. Maintain consistent design systems, style guides, and component libraries. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with

HTML/CSS

(basic understanding). Experience working with

SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or mobile apps

. Ability to handle end-to-end design -- from research to final delivery. Knowledge of design accessibility standards.
