Job Title: UI UX Designer

Location:

Fonix Technologies, Vardhman Nagar-A, Patrakar Colony, Gopalpura Bypass, Near 200 Feet Bypass, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019.

Experience:

2 to 3 years of relevant experience as UI UX Designer
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

Create user-friendly UI designs for web and mobile applications. Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design effectiveness. Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless UI/UX implementation. Optimize existing UI designs based on user feedback and analytics. Maintain design consistency and brand identity across all products. Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise:

? UI Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
? Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Preferred).
? Wireframing & Prototyping: Experience in interactive UI prototyping.
? User Research: Ability to conduct user interviews and usability testing.
? Typography & Color Theory: Strong understanding of design principles.
? Basic Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Preferred but not mandatory).
? Understanding of Design Systems & Style Guides.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience with Motion Graphics & Animation (Lottie, After Effects). Knowledge of Accessibility (WCAG) and Responsive Design principles. Basic understanding of front-end development for design handoff. Familiarity with Design Thinking & Agile Methodologies.
