Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Web Designer with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience to join our creative team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of web standards, and the ability to translate client requirements into visually appealing and functional websites. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices.

Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive and user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective web designs. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts. Ensure all website designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet usability and accessibility standards. Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine optimization (SEO). Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring cross-browser compatibility. Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and industry best practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively. Conduct testing and quality assurance of websites before launch.

Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

: Bachelor's degree in Design

Portfolio

: Demonstrated work showcasing responsive layouts, UI design, and interactive web components

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React,Angular) Experience with design & prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

Design Fundamentals

: Strong grasp of UX/UI design principles, information architecture, typography, and color theory

Collaboration & Communication

: Excellent in articulating design decisions and integrating feedback across teams

Attention to Detail

: Keen eye for visual precision, typographic craftsmanship, and brand consistency

Soft Skills

: Highly organized, adaptable, and able to execute under tight deadlines; motivated to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building or contributing to

design systems
