Job Description

5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both UI and UX design work. Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless and user-centered experience.

Conduct user research, user testing, and competitive analysis to gather insights and understand user needs. Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive designs that align with the brand and meet user expectations. Work collaboratively with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs during development. Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all products and platforms. Provide design solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives. Present and communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and team members. Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment.
