Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces, improving user experiences, and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to bring digital products to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance product usability. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver polished final designs. Maintain consistency of brand identity and visual language across all platforms. Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Proven UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio of work. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and responsive design. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and a basic understanding of front-end development is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with design systems and component libraries Knowledge of prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments Motion/interaction design basics (a plus)

Pay: ?32,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
