The UX/UI Designer must be an energetic self starter who can quickly grasp the Company's goals, ideas, product vision and develop specific tactical design roadmap upon appropriate approvals

? The candidate must be resourceful and must be able to develop a well defined design framework

? The candidate should be able to generate high quality insights relevant for user experience and design from data and

drive internal and external discussions based on data insights.

Responsibilities

? Developing UI solutions in an iterative environment to meet ongoing product needs

? Conceptual design, wireframing, storyboarding, prototyping

? Conduct Understanding of UX concepts and ability to translate business requirements to UX journeys and UI designs

? Demonstrating and testing (with customers where applicable) the built 'User Interface' as stand alone unit and then as a part of the

overall product

? Working closely with engineering team to translate design into product

? Work across the SDLC as part of the cross functional Agile team, from story creation and estimation, story architecture and design,

right through to deployment

Requirements

Description

? Education: Degree/Certificate in Graphic Design (desired)

? Years of Experience: Total 3 5 years of experience in web and mobile application UX/UI designing and development across all

platforms (web, iOS, Android, responsive designs)

? Demonstrable success translating User Expectations into a fully functional mobile apps and web applications designs

? Experience in UI for consumer grade / enterprise apps

? Experience in designing for all platforms (Desktop, Web (Responsive), Mobile Apps (iOS, Android). Experience with Mobile apps is essential!

? Strong conceptualization ability and visual communication ability

- Exceptional design skills with a high attention to detail

- Experience with using and creating user interface design patterns

- Expertise working with UX applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Zeplin etc,

- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint

? Experience working within agile or lean (software & UX) teams

? Strong Comprehensive experience with SASS/SCSS stylesheets

? Comprehensive understanding of industry Web / Mobile Design Standards

? Solid experience dealing with high traffic transactional websites or large scale consumer apps

? Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize work load whilst being resilient and being able to cope well under pr ess ure

and meeting tight deadlines.

? Work on multiple projects concurrently and be able to prioritize tasks and set expectations

? Strong understanding of usability, interaction and user journeys

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

? Desire to stay current on all design programming related technology trends and innovations , keeping the Company on the leading

edge of interactive technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,200,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
