Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at MTechZilla, you will translate ideas into engaging interfaces that users love to interact with. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, project managers, and clients to design experiences that are both visually stunning and strategically effective.

Responsibilities

Create user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and analytics. Design intuitive interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. Work collaboratively with developers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on feedback. Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Contribute to the evolution of our design system and visual brand consistency. Create marketing and digital assets such as social media graphics, visuals, and videos when required. Communicate directly with clients to understand their design goals and present creative concepts effectively. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, no-code tools, and emerging technologies.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design. Strong command over Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Affinity Designer. Experience with Webflow, Framer, or other no-code tools for interactive prototypes or live builds. Video editing and graphic design proficiency are a plus. Understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards. Ability to create design systems, component libraries, and responsive layouts. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interaction. Collaborative mindset with a detail-oriented and creative approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
