We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Junior UI/UX Designer

to join our design team. As a Junior Designer, you'll assist in creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered designs across our digital products. You'll collaborate with senior designers, developers, and product managers to help shape user experiences that are functional and visually compelling.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating websites, web applications, Social Media Work, Brochure Design and ERP platforms. Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging interfaces Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders Support usability testing and user research activities Collaborate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback Help maintain design systems and style guides Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar Basic understanding of UX principles and design processes Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards Strong attention to detail and good visual design sense Excellent communication and collaboration skills Portfolio showcasing design work

Interview Process

Shortlisted candidates will be given a

small design assignment

to assess practical skills. Final rounds include a portfolio walkthrough and team interview.
