Role Description This is a full-time remote hybrid UI/UX Designer role located in Rajkot, with much flexibility for some remote work. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centered design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements. They will work closely with cross-functional teams and product owners including Project Managers, Developers and Business Analysts. The UI/UX designer will be expected to keep up to date with features and functionality of modern web applications. Qualifications Strong portfolio displaying a proven understanding of user-centered design principles, including design research, prototyping, and design iteration 2+ years of experience in designing for web applications with proven expertise in responsive design Strong proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma Experience in design systems and working with component libraries Ability to work well in a team environment, communicate effectively and meet tight deadlines Excellent understanding of interactive design and best practices on multiple platforms and devices Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery is a plus Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field Experience designing for enterprise SaaS products with complex information architecture is a plus
